Administrative Code

The Administrative Code defines the organizational standards, procedural expectations and structural responsibilities of governmental authorities within Takayomi.

Section I · Authority Structure

All governmental authorities operate within a defined administrative hierarchy. Departments are required to maintain documentation, procedural consistency and institutional accountability.

Section II · Administrative Responsibility

Administrative authority is inseparable from operational responsibility. Government members are expected to preserve infrastructure, maintain procedural standards and protect institutional continuity.

Section III · Documentation Standards

Governmental actions, approvals, status modifications and official decisions must be documented through structured archival procedures. Undocumented administrative actions are considered institutionally invalid.

Section IV · Interdepartmental Coordination

Departments are required to coordinate operationally through established communication structures and procedural standards defined by the Cabinet Office.
