Application
An applicant submits the required identity, contact and motivation information through the citizenship service. The system issues a unique request code for status verification.
Administrative Review
The Civic Registry reviews completeness, civic intent and any relevant operational considerations. A request remains open while no final decision has been issued.
Acceptance
Acceptance creates an active citizen record, a unique citizen slug, a Relay username and an internal address in the format [username]#takayomi.com. The original request is then removed.
Rejection
Rejection removes the request from the active request register. Rejected requests are not represented by a closed status.
